"Really solid experience with Citylink.mx"
I used citylink recently, the best part for me was the communication. They kept me updated throughout the process, so I wasn’t left wondering where things stood or what was supposed to happen next. Everything felt straightforward, and when I had a quick question, they got back to me fairly fast. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

I used citylink last week it was a nice experience. The vehicle was super clean, no weird smells or random trash, which I feel like makes a big difference, you know? The seats were comfortable enough for the trip and the AC worked well too. The driver was fine and everything felt smooth. My only small complaint is that I wish there had been a little more leg room, but overall I think it was a good ride. I’d use them again.

"Decent Experience, but Could Be Clearer"
I’ve used citylink a few times now, and overall, nothing bad has happened, so I’d say the safety seems reasonably okay. That said, I didn’t always feel completely confident about the updates or who exactly to contact if something went wrong. The site works fine and feels generally reliable, but it could definitely do a better job explaining its security measures and support options. Not a bad experience at all, just kind of average in my opinion.

"Dropoff pin landed exactly where I needed it"
I used citylink.mx twice this month, and both times the driver ended up right at the spot where I dropped the pin. I was ready for the usual back-and-forth calls or someone circling the block, but that never happened.
My building entrance is kind of tucked away, so I expected at least a little confusion. Instead, they found it without any issue, and the whole thing felt really easy and stress-free.

"Pretty easy trip, honestly"
Wheelchair assistance was ready when I got there, which made the whole thing way less stressful. No running around, no awkward waiting, no hassle at all. i was expecting it to be more complicated because travel days always seem to find a way to turn weird — like somehow I always end up needing coffee exactly when there’s a huge line. But this part went smoothly, and I really appreciated that

"Right on time and easy"
I was thankful that the travel time shown on Citylink was almost exactly right for my trip. We arrived pretty much when it said we would, maybe just a few minutes off, but nothing that caused any issue.

It made the whole ride feel a lot calmer because I wasn’t sitting there wondering if I’d be late or trying to guess how long was left. I really appreciated having a time estimate I could actually trust.

Overall, it was a simple, smooth experience and it worked well for me. I’m grateful it took some stress out of the day

"My special request was handled okay in the end"
I had a small special request with my booking through Citylink, and to be fair, they did get back to me and sort it out eventually. I don’t know, maybe I was expecting it to be quicker than it should’ve been, but it took a few more messages than I thought it would. The staff were polite the whole time, just not exactly fast. Everything worked out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but I do think the process could’ve been a bit smoother.

"Amenities were okay, but it was more stressful than expected"
The place had the basic amenities, and they were decent enough, but a few areas seemed kind of neglected. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but running into little issues here and there made the stay more stressful than it needed to be.

"The routes actually make sense"
I’ve used citylink.mx a few times now the routes have been solid. They’re direct enough that I don’t feel like I’m wasting time going all over the place. It’s been easy to use and I haven’t run into any real issues so far, so I’d say it’s been a good experience.

"Good ride, but wow, it was packed"
I used citylink.mx for a shared ride and overall it was totally fine. The driver showed up on time, which felt like a small miracle, and the price was fair. But the van was so crowded I felt like we were all one pothole away from becoming best friends. Still, we got there safely and without any real issues, so I’d probably use it again.

"Not ideal if you’re booking for a group"
I booked a group stay through citylink.mx, and it ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been. We asked for the rooms to be together, but they were split up, and check-in took way longer than anyone expected.

The staff did answer eventually, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve much. It all worked out in the end, but whoever runs this needs to get the group booking process sorted out. I wouldn’t use it again for a group trip.

"Works in some areas, but not where I need it most"
To be fair, the service works well in certain parts of the city, so I can see why some people might be happy with it. But where I live, the coverage drops a lot and availability just isn’t reliable. I’ve reached out to support, but the answer is basically to wait, which gets frustrating after a while. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think the service should be more consistent if customers are paying the same price.

"Easy pickup spot, no hassle"
I used Citylink mostly because the pickup point was really close to where I live. It was easy to find too, like not tucked away in some random weird corner, so I didn’t have to waste time driving around.

I just went in, picked up my package, and was out in a few minutes. Super simple, honestly. For me, having the location nearby made the whole thing way less annoying.

I booked my trip through citylink.mx it was straightforward. The site loaded quickly, the dates and options were easy to figure out, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig around forever to find it. Payment went through fine, and my confirmation showed up fast, which was nice. Overall, it was a smooth booking experience and I’d use it again

"Child seat was there, but not exactly confidence-inspiring"
I booked with a child seat, and to be fair, the seat was actually there. The driver seemed a bit unsure about it at first though, and it wasn’t fitted that well when we got in. It took a few minutes to sort out, which wasn’t ideal. After that, the trip was fine, so I guess it worked out in the end

"Probably fine off-peak, but rush hour was rough"
I used citylink.mx in CDMX i kind of assumed it would be smooth since the timing looked good online. That was a mistake on my part, especially around Reforma during rush hour. Pickup ended up being late, and I immediately figured traffic was the whole reason, but it still made the trip frustrating. The driver was fine, nothing bad there, but support took a while to reply when I checked in. Not the worst experience, but I’d probably only use it again if I didn’t have another option.

"I paid online without any issues…"
I paid online without any issues, but ended up needing to cancel my booking later. I was stressed about whether the refund would actually come through, and waiting for it was frustrating. Thankfully, it did go back to my card after a few days. Support replied to me as well, so in the end everything worked out fine.
